1. Product returns
An online purchase may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions provided by law.
To request a return, contact us by email and include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

2. Returning cosmetic products
When returning creams, serums, masks, lotions and other cosmetic products, the product must remain sealed and unopened where opening it excludes the right of return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
If the product’s protective packaging, seal or sealed wrapping has been opened by the customer after delivery, it may be returned only where an applicable legal basis for return exists.
The fact that a product is cosmetic does not automatically mean returns are prohibited in every case. The condition of the packaging and seal is important.
3. Damaged or defective products
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, does not match the product ordered, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as you receive it.
To help resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for a photo or video of the product and its packaging.
Your statutory rights regarding defective products or products that do not conform to the contract remain in effect.
4. Refunds
Where the legal conditions for a return are met, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost.
Refunds will be made within the period required by law and, as a rule, using the same payment method used for the original payment.
5. Return shipping costs
Where provided by law, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, except where the law provides otherwise.
For example, where the product received is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order, the rules established by law regarding return costs apply.
6. Consumer rights
This Return Policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers under Georgian law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable Georgian consumer protection law, the rights and requirements provided by law will prevail.
